Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage Linux technical team.
- Stakeholder management.
- Continuous improvement in handling Linux operation( Incident/Service request/Change reuquest)
- Bring efficiency by means of automation and standardization. ( Ansible automation and truesight server automation)
- Good understanding of multilevel Technical support for diagnosing, reproducing and fixing Linux Hardware and O S issues/problems.
- Responsible for managing Server related Incidents/Service Requests and Change Requests within the defined SLA.
- Understanding inLinux administration and Troubleshooting, - Provide recommendations to improve and address/lead critical issues and root cause analysis.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

- Delivery Management and people management skills
- Understanding of Linux administration skill
- Ansible automation & Bladelogic automation.
- Cloud concept
