About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Appointment Setter with exceptional communication with Australian Accent and sales skills to join our dynamic team. This is a work-from-home position for now, handling inbound calls only. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in an international call center environment and should be ready to join immediately. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls from potential Australian customers, understand the technical issues and transfer to the right department. Engage with customers professionally and persuasively to understand their needs. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and appointments in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure seamless handoffs and customer experience. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in an International call center (Australian Call Center Preferred). Outstanding verbal communication skills in English with an Australian accent. Comfortable working with CRM tools and maintaining call records. High-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional home working environment. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Immediate availability to join.
