Position: Business Development Associate

Location:Hazaribagh, Ranchi, Jamshedpur, Ramgarh, Dhanbad, Bokaro

Salary Range: 15,000 30,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Business Development Associate to join our sales team. This role involves reaching out to schools presenting our EdTech products and driving sales in the Hazaribagh, Ranchi, Jamshedpur, Ramgarh, Dhanbad, Bokaro region. This is a high-growth opportunity for individuals who want to build their career in sales and education technology.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate leads through school visits, counseling sessions, and local networking.

Pitch and demonstrate about our self-developed Olympiads to schools and faculties.

Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to increase brand awareness and sales.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and follow-ups in CRM.

Organize seminars, workshops, and demo sessions in schools and institutions.

Provide feedback from the market to improve product offerings and sales strategy.

Handle customer queries and ensure post-sales support for client satisfaction.

Roles

Sales & Outreach: Drive B2B sales in the assigned region.

Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to expand market reach in their respective locations and nearby areas.

Customer Engagement: Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure recurring sales.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales manager and marketing team to align strategies.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

03 years of experience in sales/business development (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Hindi and English.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with field sales.

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
