The Role This isn’t about coordination; it’s about creation and precision. You’ll design and operationalize how learning journeys come alive — across Engineering, Business, and Tech Generalist programs. What You’ll Own 1. Curriculum Architecture: Design and operationalize frameworks that balance conceptual clarity with hands-on learning flow. 2. LMS Design & Management: Build and evolve the digital learning backbone — course setup, learner pathways, dashboards, assessments, and certifications. 3. Experience Integration: Connect CRM and LMS workflows to deliver seamless enrollment, engagement, and alumni experiences. 4. Instructional Quality: Translate practitioner insights into structured, measurable, and engaging learning modules. 5. Operational Excellence: Maintain quality, version control, and continuous improvement across all materials and systems. What You Bring 1. 4–7 years of experience in Curriculum Design, Learning Operations, or Instructional Design within EdTech or L&D ecosystems. 2. Strong understanding of learning pedagogy, digital delivery, and analytics. 3. Proven experience working with LMS platforms (Moodle, TalentLMS, Thinkific, etc.) and CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar). 4. An analytical, systems-oriented mindset paired with creative instructional sensibility. 5. Demonstrated ownership and ability to work across design, tech, and faculty functions. 6.
