About Us - Founded in 2015 the House of Rare is a fast-growing fashion powerhouse reshaping the way India experiences Western fashion Our portfolio includes Rareism Rare Rabbit Rare Ones RareZ and RareFore - At The House of Rare we believe in individuality bold ideas and pushing boundaries With over 1 100 points of sale a thriving e-commerce presence and a team of 2 500 passionate people The House of Rare stands at the forefront of innovation and creativity in the Indian fashion market - Joining our team means stepping into a dynamic environment where your contributions matter your growth is encouraged and your career journey is anything but ordinary Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a PR Influencer Executive located in Bengaluru We re looking for a dynamic detail-oriented Influencer PR Executive to join our growing team at The House of Rare This role will be the driving force behind building and nurturing relationships with influencers media and PR partners - ensuring our brand stays at the forefront of fashion conversations Key Responsibilities Influencer Relations - Identify onboard and manage influencers across fashion lifestyle and culture - Plan and execute influencer campaigns paid barter ensuring seamless delivery of content - Track performance metrics and optimize for ROI Public Relations - Build and maintain strong media contacts - editors stylists journalists and digital media platforms - Draft press releases pitches and media notes - Coordinate product seeding and PR events Campaign Execution - Assist in planning budgeting and executing influencer PR campaigns aligned with the marketing calendar - Support events store launches and collaborations with end-to-end logistics Content Reporting - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure influencer PR content aligns with brand tone and objectives - Track and report campaign outcomes media mentions and ROI on a regular basis Skills Experiences - 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing PR or communications within fashion lifestyle agency or brand side - Strong understanding of social media platforms influencer ecosystems and PR practices - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - Ability to juggle multiple campaigns under tight deadlines - Creative mindset with a sharp eye for trends ref updazz com
