Job Description

Job Summary:

- Provide deep product knowledge and expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Supply Chain Management (SCM) and its architecture.
- Engage in strategic problem-solving to design and deliver effective business solutions.
- Maintain proactive communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnership success.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their supply chain and manufacturing processes and define project deliverables accordingly.
- Lead quality initiatives within projects and contribute to broader organizational development activities.
- Demonstrate leadership by managing large teams, facilitating conflict resolution, and enabling participative decision-making.
- Foster a positive work environment focused on talent retention and high interpersonal engagement.
- Show empathy and strong interpersonal skills in team and client interactions.
- Participate in strategic team decisions and encourage active involvement from others.
- Drive excellence in execution by leveraging tools like LCS (Lifecycle Services) and ADO (Azure DevOps).

Qualifications:

- Graduate or Post Graduate in a relevant field.
- 8 to 12 years of professional experience.
- D365 Certifications are mandatory.
- Domain expertise in Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
