Job Description Key Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee completeplant operations, including production, quality, maintenance, materials, and dispatch. - Full ownership ofP&L management, including budgeting, cost optimization, capacity utilization, and resource planning. - Supervise and manage a cross-functional team across manufacturing lines (TV, Mobile, Laptop) with an emphasis on productivity and efficiency. - Ensure strict adherence toquality, compliance, and safety standardsacross all manufacturing processes. - Implement world-classmanufacturing practicessuch as Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and Kaizen to ensure continuous improvement. - Drive effectivemanpower planning, training, and performance management of shopfloor and technical staff. - Work closely with R&D, procurement, and supply chain teams to align production schedules with delivery targets. - Monitor and drive operational KPIs including yield, downtime, rejection rates, OTIF, and OEE. - Provide strategic inputs forplant expansion, layout optimization, and automation roadmap. - Maintain robust coordination with HO, business heads, and external stakeholders including licensors and OEM/ODM partners. Key Requirements: - Bachelor s degree inElectrical / Electronics / Industrial Engineering; Postgraduate qualifications will be an added advantage. - 15-22 years of proven leadership experience inelectronics manufacturing, preferably with exposure toTVs, Mobile Phones, and Laptops. - Strong exposure toelectrical assembly lines, SMT, testing processes, and backward integration manufacturing models. - Demonstrated success in managinglarge-scale teamsacross multiple verticals production, QA, maintenance, and logistics. - Sound understanding ofP&L, cost controls, CapEx, and process optimization. - Familiarity withstatutory compliance, labor laws, EHS norms, and ESG practices. - Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills with the ability to operate in a high-growth, dynamic environment.
