Job Description Heading the quality division, ensuring compliance with ISO protocols and standards, maintaining product quality, and driving continual improvement across the plant and external warehouses. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the quality function and ensure compliance with ISO protocols/standards. - Lead vendor development and ensure vendor quality assurance. - Approve and release finished products. - Develop, approve, and implement new analysis methods. - Drive continual improvement in quality systems, equipment, methods, and QA flow. - Ensure adherence to health and safety rules in the laboratory. - Manage regulatory compliance, documentation, and communications. - Oversee quality assurance activities in external warehouses. - Handle quality certifications, compliance audits, and staff training. Required Skills & Competencies: - Strong knowledge of quality assurance practices in packaging industries. - Vendor quality management and product release oversight. - Continuous improvement in QA systems and processes. - Regulatory compliance and documentation management. - Certification and audit handling. - Health, safety, and laboratory management.
