We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Business Analyst- Assistant Vice President

Business: Legal

Principal responsibilities

- Ensure requirements across the key business areas are gathered, represented, and reflected to ensure that each build is robust, future proof and achievable.
- Work closely with business analysts, project managers, users and system developers to define data sources and detailed business requirement
- Understand the process flows from Front to Back.
- Develop proof-of-concept or prototypes to help crystallize business rules, processes and functions
- Provide input to test plans and testing strategies as well as input to design discussions and project planning meetings
- Developing strong partnerships with IT to drive change
- Bringing enhanced transparency on execution progress to all stakeholders, empowering informed and appropriate decisions
- Proactively identifying & managing issues as they arise & de-risking as required
- Relentlessly focus on delivery of business outcomes

Requirements

- Overall 15+ years of experience, with relevant of 8 yrs experience in Business Analysis
- Experience in capturing, analyzing and documenting functional & non-functional requirement
- Experience working within large/strategic and small/tactical projects as Business Analyst / Project Manager
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and spoken) - comfortable with detail)Cultivates a collaborative and cooperative attitude
- Structured worker able to efficiently manage multiple tasks
- Takes ownership of tasks assigned to ultimate resolution
- Disciplined approach to requirement analysis.
- Good to have : CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification or Project Management Professional Certification.
