What Must You Have Technical Expertise - Deep knowledge of full-stack web development and backend systems. - Strong hands-on experience with MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). - Proficiency in technologies like Redis, Kafka/Pub/Sub, MySQL, and job schedulers. - Experience in architecting and developing cloud-native applications on AWS, GCP, or Azure. Execution Ability - Proven track record of delivering robust and scalable systems under tight timelines. - Adaptable to different software development methodologies and tools. - Passion for clean code, efficient processes, and product excellence. Educational Background - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. - Strong foundation in OOP, system design, concurrency, and CS fundamentals. Problem-Solving Skills - Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems. - Experience building and operating large-scale backend systems with high reliability and performance. Hands-On Leadership - 4+ years of software engineering experience, Preferrable 1+ years in a lead or mentorship role. - Actively involved in coding, reviews, and system design discussions. - Ability to drive product direction through technical decisions. Ownership & Mindset - Proactive and self-driven with a strong sense of ownership. - Ability to navigate ambiguity and align engineering efforts with business goals.
