Mechademy is dedicated to revolutionizing industrial monitoring with innovative technology and targeted solutions.Role DescriptionWe’re looking for a Lead Engineer (7–12 yrs) — a hands-on technical leader who loves building distributed systems, designing scalable architectures, and bringing ideas from whiteboard to production.You’ll work across Python, Go, JavaScript, collaborating with Product, ML, and Data teams to power our reliability intelligence platform. You’ll architect and scale high-throughput systems that blend AI, ML, and domain expertise — transforming raw sensor data into actionable insights. If you’re passionate about system design, concurrency, and performance, and want to help shape a platform trusted by enterprises worldwide — we’d love to meet you.QualificationsProficiency in Software Development and Software DesignExperience in Team Leadership and Leading DeliveryStrong knowledge of System Design, Distributed Systems and scalable architectureStrong problem-solving skills and knowledge of Low level DesignProficiency in either of these Java, Go, Python, JavaScript/TypeScriptBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldsExcellent communication and organizational skills
