Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Officer - Marketing Visit to join our dynamic team for fieldwork in promoting and expanding the services of our online cab booking platform. As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for executing marketing strategies, driving car onboarding, ensuring the download of our app by new users, and meeting growth targets in your assigned area. This role requires field visits to identify opportunities, engage with potential customers (drivers and riders), and promote the brand's services in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities: 1. Field Marketing & Onboarding: Car Onboarding: Visit local drivers and fleet owners to onboard new vehicles onto the platform. Provide them with all necessary information regarding the benefits, registration process, and incentives of joining the app. Driver Relationship Management: Build relationships with existing drivers to ensure long-term engagement, monitor their satisfaction, and address any concerns they may have. 2. Marketing Strategy Execution: Brand Promotion: Execute targeted field marketing activities, such as local promotional campaigns, flyer distribution, and customer engagement in high-traffic areas (e.g., malls, transport hubs). Market Research: Identify key areas for expansion and growth by analyzing competitor activities and customer behavior. App Downloads & User Acquisition: Encourage new customers to download and register on the mobile app through local promotions, events, and incentives. 3. Sales & Target Achievement: Target Fulfillment: Meet or exceed monthly sales and onboarding targets for both drivers and customers in the assigned territory. Market Penetration: Develop strategies to penetrate untapped markets and increase brand visibility. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to plan and execute local campaigns. Incentive Management: Promote driver and customer incentive programs to drive app downloads, engagement, and retention. 4. Customer & Market Engagement: Customer Support & Retention: Be the point of contact for driver and rider inquiries. Help resolve issues related to the app and ensure customer satisfaction. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from drivers and riders to inform the company's product and service improvements. Communicate customer and driver needs to the marketing team. 5. Reporting & Data Tracking: Market Growth Tracking: Keep track of key performance metrics, such as new driver sign-ups, customer app downloads, and market penetration. Report Generation: Provide regular updates and reports on the progress of your marketing visits, including feedback from drivers and customers, and app performance in your assigned territory. 6. Collaborating with Marketing Team: Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align local strategies with overall company goals. Implement targeted campaigns to maximize market reach and growth. Promotional Events & Activation: Organize events, driver meet-ups, or community outreach programs to increase visibility and encourage local participation.Qualifications & Skills: Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field). Skills: Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage with both drivers and riders effectively. Sales & Negotiation: Proven ability to sell and onboard drivers, with a strong understanding of customer acquisition strategies. Goal-Oriented: Ability to meet or exceed assigned targets and KPIs. Tech-Savvy: Comfort with using smartphones, mobile apps, and reporting tools. Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve issues faced by drivers or riders promptly. Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently in a field-based role and manage your time effectively.
