Founding Full Stack Engineer

Location: Warangal, Telangana (Hybrid) Company: Tapza Technologies We are entering a high-velocity execution phase and looking for a Founding Full-Stack Engineer who will own major components across both product lines. You will work directly with the Founder & Founding Technical Architect to build scalable systems on aggressive timelines. This is a true founding role - ideal for someone who wants ownership, speed, and real impact. What You’ll Do 1. Core Product Development - Build end-to-end modules across: - Pharmacy, Clinic, Lab, and Hospital modules (HealthSuite) - Learning modules, campus ERP and Adaptive Mastery engines - Write scalable, maintainable, high-quality code. - Convert architecture + product requirements into fast execution. - Deliver features independently with rapid iteration. 2. Technical Ownership - Own major product components across HealthSuite & EduSuite. - Lead implementation decisions for frontend, backend, and integrations. - Ensure performance, security, and reliability of all shipped features. - Identify risks and propose faster/better approaches. 3. Collaboration with Technical Architect& Founder - Work closely with the Founding Technical Architect on architecture, standards, infrastructure. - Work directly with the founder for product clarity and prioritization. - Influence product direction with technical insights and feasibility analysis. 4. Engineering Leadership - Mentor interns and junior developers. - Maintain coding standards, conduct reviews, improve workflows. - Help build a high-speed, high-ownership engineering culture. 5. Innovation & Impact - Build differentiator features leveraging AI, automation, and smart workflows across both product lines. - Improve UX, performance, and reliability proactively. - Shape the future of Tapza’s product ecosystem with your ideas and execution. Required Skills and Experience - 3-7 years of full-stack experience. - Strong in React / Next.js, Node.js / Nest.js, or similar frameworks. - Deep understanding of relational or NoSQL databases. - Comfortable with AWS/GCP/Azure deployment environments. - Bias for action - execute fast without compromising quality. - Comfortable owning features end-to-end (design → build → deploy). - Passionate about building meaningful software at startup speed. Nice to Have - Experience in healthcare systems (EMR/HMS/Lab/Radiology). - Experience with AI/LLM integrations. - Strong system design fundamentals. - Previous experience in early-stage startups.
