AI Engineer - Full Stack (Founding Role Top 5% Only) Location: Hyderabad, India (Onsite) Experience: 3-6 Years Employment Type: Full-time Team: Founding Engineering Team Why This Role Is Different This is not a traditional AI Engineer role. This is a founding, high-ownership position for someone who can operate across: - Advanced AI systems - End-to-end full-stack development - Automation & AI agents - Creative & graphical experiences - Fintech-style workflows We are intentionally hiring only the top 5% of engineers who can build real AI-powered products end to end, not just models or APIs. What You Will Own You will own AI as a system, not as a side feature. You will: - Design and build AI-powered recommendation & personalization systems - Implement LLM-based workflows using RAG, tools, memory, and agents - Create AI agents to automate user and internal workflows - Build continuous learning loops (signals feedback improvement) - Own data pipelines for training, inference, and evaluation - Develop full-stack features end-to-end (backend + frontend + deployment) - Build sentiment, intent, and behavioral intelligence layers - Enable creative, graphical AI experiences (invitations, templates, editors) - Drive automation-first architecture across the platform Hard Requirements (Non-Negotiable) AI & LLM Systems You must have hands-on production experience with: - Large Language Models (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source) - RAG architectures - LangChain / LangGraph / agent frameworks - Prompt engineering with structured outputs - AI feedback loops and evaluation strategies - Tool-using, multi-step AI agents ️ "I've used ChatGPT APIs" alone is NOT sufficient. Full-Stack Engineering You must be strong in: - Backend development (Node.js and/or Python) - Frontend development (React or modern JS frameworks) - API design, async workflows, data modeling - Shipping production features end-to-end Pure ML / data-only backgrounds without strong full-stack experience will not be considered.
