Job Description Company Description Parrot CTFs delivers modern cybersecurity training through hands-on learning via an advanced Capture the Flag (CTF) platform, complemented by comprehensive cybersecurity services. The platform features over 150 real-world challenges and vulnerable lab machines, covering specialized tracks such as Web Exploitation, Active Directory, Digital Forensics, Cryptography, and Reverse Engineering. Trusted by security professionals, students, startups, enterprises, MSSPs, universities, bootcamps, and internal security teams, Parrot CTFs focuses on transforming theory into practice to build defenders, train attackers, and secure organizations. Role Description This is a contract remote role for an Information Technology Help Desk professional. The day-to-day tasks include providing technical support to users, troubleshooting network and system issues, administering network configurations, ensuring network security, and delivering exceptional customer service. The IT Help Desk professional will be responsible for identifying and resolving hardware, software, and network-related problems. Qualifications - Network Administration and Network Security skills - Information Technology and Troubleshooting skills - Customer Service skills - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent - Experience with VPN and enterprise Active Directory environments is a plus
