Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized Data Entry Analyst / Assistant to CEO to support daily operational tasks, data management, and administrative coordination. This role directly supports the CEO and plays a key part in ensuring timely execution of business activities, documentation, and reporting. Key Responsibilities Data Entry & Analysis Enter, update, and maintain accurate data across company systems and databases. Ensure data quality, consistency, and error-free reporting. Generate basic analytical reports and summaries. Assist in documentation and digital file management. Executive Assistance Manage CEO's schedule, meetings, and follow-ups. Prepare documents, presentations, and communication drafts. Coordinate internal and external communication. Handle confidential information professionally. Operational Support Assist with research tasks and information collection. Support task tracking and project documentation. Maintain records for company activities and expenses. Provide administrative support during reviews and planning. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and digital tools. Excellent communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Good analytical thinking. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Preferred Skills Experience in data entry or executive assistant role. Familiarity with CRM or analytics tools. Knowledge of legal-tech or startup environments.
