Job Description You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in Analytics Solutions.You have found the right team As an Analytics Solutions Associate within the Data Architecture Team, you will actively engage with our team to integrate diverse data sources into AWS. You will develop dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions to promote data-promoten decision-making, supporting WLS Business Leads and assisting leadership with project management and data migration initiatives. You will identify areas for process improvement, prepare presentation materials, and promote advanced analytics POCs to deliver solutions to complex business problems. Job Responsibilities: - Support and partner with WLS Business Leads by providing tactical and strategic assistance to accelerate data onboarding to AWS in alignment with business priorities. - Assist leadership with project management activities, including the creation and analysis of data migration initiatives to deliver management reporting, BAU reporting, and ad-hoc request reviews. - Identify and pursue opportunities for continuous process improvement by generating innovative ideas and solutions to enhance operational efficiencies. - Prepare presentation materials for management, business groups, and other relevant stakeholders to effectively communicate key updates and insights. - Identify and implement efficiency and automation opportunities within existing data consolidation and reporting processes. - Drive advanced analytics proof-of-concepts (POCs) and deliver analytical solutions to address complex business challenges. - Innovate and lead the development of analytics solutions within the team to support evolving business needs. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills BE /B.Tech / Or any other technical graduate with 5+years of experience working in Dashboard & Analytics Must possess strong verbal and written communications skills Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities coupled with the ability to identify issues, gather and manipulate data, obtain consensus and support implementing change Strong in Python, AWS and SQL. Proficient in Snowflake, Alteryx and Tableau/Qlik Sense Strong execution and project management skills Well-developed organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities. Strong understanding of project management tools such as JIRA
