FBS HR Generalist Lead

Summary: Directly contribute to talent retention and development from Onboarding to Retiring, fostering a high-performance culture and building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. This position is the main point of contact for the Share Service Center team members and is the primary in-country contact for HR Business Partners and managers of the different BU/LoBs, addressing and supporting their people related matters ensuring alignment with policies and processes as well as compliance with local laws.
