Job Title Executive - Partnerships EventsPrimary Locations NOIDAReports to CEORole OverviewWe are seeking a confident and presentable MBA graduate with strong communication skills and a flair for event management This role involves directly supporting the CEO in building new partnerships and client engagements Key Responsibilities- CEO Support Partnership Development- Work closely with the CEO to identify engage and secure strategic partnerships and alliances - Conduct proactive outreach to potential clients and partner organizations - Event Engagement Planning- Leverage past experience in college university event organization to plan and promote partnership-related events workshops and networking sessions - Coordinate logistics speakers invitations venue arrangements and post-event follow-up - Proposal Development- Draft comprehensive partnership proposals with inputs from initial meetings involving the CEO - Tailor proposals to client needs highlighting business value and collaboration opportunities - Meeting Coordination Follow Up- Schedule and manage meetings with new partners and clients - Ensure timely follow-up and coordination across teams to drive partnership progress - Relationship Management- Serve as the primary point of contact for partnership engagements - Maintain ongoing communication and relationship-building efforts to ensure long-term success Required Qualifications Skills- Education MBA degree from a reputable institution - Experience Past involvement in planning or managing college university events - Communication Excellent verbal and written communication - Presentation Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills - Project Management Ability to run end-to-end event logistics coordination and follow-up - Proactivity Self-starter who can engage clients and partners with minimal oversight - Writing Skills Ability to craft clear persuasive proposals and correspondence ref updazz com
