One of our early-stage SaaS portfolio companies is building a category-leading open-source solution in the Kubernetes space, and they are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join the team as they continue to hyper-scale. Responsibilities - Work directly with the CS Engineers and the client to build and shape the overall account management, renewal, and expansion strategy - Proactively liaise with customers, understand their expectations, build trust and maintain rapport - Drives renewals by identifying customers' key pain points and working internally to make sure they're addressed - Build and own the process of customer onboarding, training, and support - Encouraging customer advocacy through internal NPS surveys, external reviews, case studies, testimonials, and referrals Qualifications - 5 to 7 years of experience - Prior B2B SaaS Customer Success experience is critical - Prior experience selling into platform teams and technical teams is an advantage - Prior experience dealing with enterprise clients - Someone with technical knowledge would be an advantage but not required - Technology or Start-up experience is nice to have - Proactive and hustler mentality Please apply to this role directly on LinkedIn.
