The Residentially is a fast-growing real estate marketing company helping top developers and channel partners drive high-quality leads and close sales faster. We are looking for a Meta Ads Specialist with at least 1 year of hands-on experience managing Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns preferably in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and optimize high-performing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for real estate projects.
- Research and set up precise audience targeting based on location, demographics, and buyer personas.
- Write compelling ad copy and work with the creative team to produce eye-catching visuals and videos.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead.
- Implement A/B testing for creatives, ad formats, and bidding strategies.
- Ensure proper pixel setup, event tracking, and lead form integration.
- Stay up to date with Meta Ads trends and real estate marketing best practices.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience running Meta Ads campaigns.
- Proven track record in real estate lead generation is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, pixel tracking, and conversion optimization.
- Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and Business Manager.
- Ability to manage budgets effectively and meet campaign KPIs.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

- Experience in Google Ads, YouTube Ads, or other paid channels.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management workflows.
- Knowledge of real estate buyer journeys and funnel optimization.
