Job Description

As a Diploma Trainee, you will undergo a structured training program designed to provide you with practical, on-the-job experience in various departments relevant to your engineering discipline. You will learn about our company's operations, processes, and technologies, while being mentored by experienced professionals. This role is ideal for recent diploma holders who are eager to apply their theoretical knowledge in a real-world industrial setting and develop valuable technical and professional skills.

Responsibilities

- Learning & Development:
- Actively participate in the structured training program, attending all workshops, seminars, and on-the-job training sessions.
- Learn and understand various operational processes, machinery, and equipment relevant to your assigned department (e.g., Production, Quality, Maintenance, Design, Operations).
- Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different work environments.
- Operational Support:
- Assist senior engineers, supervisors, and skilled workers in their daily tasks and projects.
- Perform assigned duties accurately and efficiently, following all instructions and procedures.
- Support the team in achieving daily/weekly/monthly targets and objectives.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, observations, and data collected during the training period.
- Prepare basic reports or summaries as directed by your mentor or supervisor.
- Quality & Safety Adherence:
- Strictly adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards (e.g., ISO, industry-specific standards).
- Understand and follow safe operating procedures for machinery and equipment.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors, contributing positively to the team environment.
- Seek guidance and clarification from mentors and senior staff when needed.
