You will be working as Executive Diploma Trainee and will be part of Electrification business area for Distribution Solutions division based in Nashik, India. In this role you will be reporting to Operations Manager and will be responsible for creating and modifying the standard designs of equipment, systems or installations, including standard specifications for manufacturing, fabrication or construction for assignments classified as low to medium complexity, using standard design concepts.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Designing engineering solutions, including drawings and calculations according to contractual specification
- Participating in project meetings and presenting specific aspects of design assignments
- Contributing and sharing experiences in workshops pertaining to engineering design, tools and processes
- Supporting technical risk assessments and implementing the resulting actions in their projects
- Identifying and implementing variation requests to support contract claims based on the approval from project manager
- Collaborating with the Supply Chain function and the Project Manager(s) to meet the contractual requirements
- Coordinating with manufacturing and testing functions to ensure the designs are appropriately manufactured or staged and tested
