Position Office Admin In-Charge Location Alwar City Work Timings Monday to Friday 11 AM - 8 00 PM About the Role We are seeking a proactive disciplined and tech-savvy Office Admin In-Charge to oversee daily operations coordinate with clients and lead the administration team with professionalism The ideal candidate should have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role and a total of 5 to 7 years of overall professional experience The candidate must be confident in using modern tools interacting with domestic and international clients and delivering quality work before deadlines while always putting the company s goals first This role requires accountability timely execution and structured team guidance This role emphasises accountability timely delivery and structured team guidance requiring a leader who combines discipline with professionalism Key Responsibilities and Requirements Lead guide and supervise the administration team while maintaining discipline accountability and timely execution of all tasks Manage client interactions and internal communications and act as the central coordinator across departments Make daily client communication calls including cold calls 20 to 30 calls per day and draft clear and professional emails Take ownership of lead list building reports presentations and MIS preparation using Excel and PowerPoint Conduct online and market research using the latest tools including ChatGPT AI tools and technology platforms Implement best practices to maintain smooth office operations improve processes and ensure compliance Handle multiple stakeholders including clients vendors and team members with professionalism Maintain and update CRM and other office systems accurately and regularly Mentor team members and foster a proactive responsible and performance-driven work culture Strong command over spoken and written English with confidence in domestic and international communication Proficiency in MS Excel PowerPoint internet research CRM and ChatGPT is essential Knowledge of Canva and social media platforms is an added advantage Must be based in Alwar City and open to work on Saturdays if required Immediate joiners will be given preference What We Offer A leadership role with scope for growth and responsibility A disciplined yet supportive and professional work environment Opportunities to interact with clients explore new technologies and contribute to business development Contact WhatsApp 91-9971778987 Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Application Question s Current in-hand salary Expected in-hand salary How soon you can join We are looking for immediate joiner only Are you from Alwar Do you have total 5-7 years experience and 2-3 years relevant experience Work Location In person
