Job Description Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales/Marketing Executive/Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing, with the ability to develop innovative strategies to drive growth and enhance brand visibility. Responsibilities - Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote products and services. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships. - Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences. - Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders. - Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives. - Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making. Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - 2-8 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a similar industry. - Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and tools. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in data analysis and market research methodologies. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong negotiation and closing skills. - Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
