Electrical Electronics Engineer Manager for Design - HVAC RMPU Company Sphere Thermal Position Electrical Electronics Engineer Manager - Design Experience 5 to 8 years Location Gr Noida Kasna Overview Sphere Thermal is looking for a skilled Electrical Electronics Engineer Manager for its design team with a strong background in independently developing and executing products equipment for Roof Mounted AC Package Units RMPU in HVAC systems for Indian Railways and Metro systems This role will focus on leading the electrical and electronic design development and testing of HVAC systems ensuring top-notch performance and compliance Key Responsibilities Electrical Design Development Lead the independent design and development of electrical and electronic components for HVAC systems including power distribution control systems and wiring harnesses Product Execution Independently manage the execution of electrical systems for HVAC products ensuring they meet performance safety and efficiency standards System Integration Oversee the integration of electrical systems into HVAC equipment ensuring optimal compatibility with mechanical components and smooth system operation Testing Validation Conduct rigorous testing and validation of electrical systems to ensure compliance with Indian Railways RDSO ICF and Metro standards Problem Solving Troubleshooting Diagnose and resolve technical issues in electrical systems during product development and production stages Compliance Safety Ensure adherence to electrical safety regulations and industry standards throughout the development process Qualifications Education BE B Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering Experience 5-8 years of experience in independently developing and executing electrical systems for HVAC products particularly in the railway or transportation sectors Skills Strong expertise in electrical circuit design control systems HVAC electrical equipment and integration Desired Skills Experience with electrical standards and safety requirements RDSO ICF in the railway sector Proficiency in power electronics control system design and HVAC system diagnostics Ability to manage and lead product development projects independently from concept to execution
