Job Title: Presales Data Specialist - Remote Talent Solutions
Location: Bangalore (Remote)

As our Demand Generation Specialist, you&aposll play a key role in supporting our sales team by building a high-quality lead pipeline. Youll define our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), manage and enrich databases, and help execute outbound campaigns that target high-potential accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP)
- Build & manage prospect lists using tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Support outbound campaigns via email and LinkedIn
- Collaborate with sales to qualify leads and prioritize accounts
- Maintain and enrich CRM/database hygiene
- Track KPIs like conversion rate and lead quality
Nice To Have
- Liaise with Digital marketing team to execute demand generation strategies across digital channels (paid, organic, email, SEO, webinars, etc.)
- Create and manage campaigns that attract inbound leads and drive qualified outbound interest
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation goals with revenue targets
What We&aposre Looking For
- 1-2 years in demand generation, Presales, or Sales ops
- Experience with sales prospecting tools (Sales Navigator, Apollo, Pipedrive, Clay, etc.)
- Organized, analytical, and proactive
- Prior exposure to B2B SaaS, Technology, US staffing, Technology or remote hiring is a plus
