We are seeking a Territory Manager to deliver month-on-month targets for Two-Wheeler (TW) loan disbursals within a given territory. You will be responsible for developing business plans, maintaining relationships with dealers and the manufacturing team, and monitoring market trends. This role requires a strong focus on both the quantity and quality of loans, as well as the ability to evaluate and manage the performance of a team of Sales Executives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deliver month-on-month targets of loan disbursals, focusing on both the quality and quantity of TW loans in your territory.
- Maintain relationships with the manufacturing team and key channel partners/dealers, working closely with them to achieve business goals.
- Develop strategies and business plans for the further growth of business within your assigned territory.
- Ensure a strong presence in all potential dealerships and outlets within the territory.
- Conduct competition mapping to keep track of market trends and stay updated on competitors activities.
- Monitor schemes and ensure timely dealer payouts.
- Manage, train, and evaluate the performance of Sales Executives (SEs), ensuring supervisory controls over the sales process at all times.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience in delivering loan disbursal targets, with a focus on two-wheeler loans.
- Strong skills in developing business strategies and market growth plans.
- Excellent relationship management abilities with dealers and channel partners.
- Experience in competition mapping and market trend analysis.
- Leadership skills to train, manage, and evaluate the performance of a sales team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure the quality and quantity of loans.
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
