Job Description

- Leading the design and architecture of complex network solutions, ensuring they meet the scalability, performance, and security requirements of our global operations.
- Overseeing the configuration and management of network devices, including switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points, and SDWAN, to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Managing relationships with vendors and multiple service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality network services and support.
- Administering Palo Alto firewalls, ensuring their optimal configuration, management, and maintenance to protect our network infrastructure.
- Implementing network optimization techniques and technologies to enhance performance, reduce latency, and improve overall network efficiency.
- Ensuring that all network infrastructure complies with industry standards and security protocols, protecting against potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Managing the network infrastructure within data centers and colocations, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery capabilities.
- Overseeing the provisioning and management of telecom circuits and internet services to support global connectivity needs.
- Leading the implementation and migration to SDWAN, ensuring a smooth transition and integration with existing network infrastructure.
- Attracting, developing, and retaining top networking talent, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
- Participating in strategic planning and roadmap development, contributing technical expertise to ensure the alignment of network initiatives with business goals.
- Engaging in engineering discussions and decision-making processes, leveraging your technical knowledge to influence and guide the design, build, and operation of robust, scalable, and secure network solutions.

- Ensure Operational excellence in change management, inventory management and all operational practices follow standards and best practices.
- Work closely with all business teams globally and deliver robust network solutions that are effective, efficient, scalable, and reliable as per business needs.

Who you are and what you bring

- Strong Verbal and Written communication skills
- Tech savvy, proficient in using service apps, and thrives on using technology to solve problems.
- Ability to handle several simultaneous tasks while demonstrating urgency and ownership to drive tasks and issues to completion.
- Minimum 10+ years combined experience in hands-on network engineering and managing highly technical teams.
- Experience in a large-scale, dynamic enterprise environment with production/revenue-based networking that is critically relied upon for the success of the business.
- Capability to roll up sleeves and dig into the work of your team.
- Highly motivated, strong sense of urgency and track record of getting results.
- Experience and familiarity with various Security tools and Network tools.
