Opportunity We are hiring for an Engineering Manager Full Stack Our Product Development organization is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead inspire unblock and optimize the delivery of a development team If you are someone who has managerial experience great people skills and recent hands-on technical experience to help your team find process issues and remove bottlenecks to make company What You ll Do In this role you will Coach an Agile team and own team business and operational delivery goals Work closely with Product Management to deliver solutions that delight our customers and enable their success Solve technical challenges by deep-diving into the technical details of the challenge along with engineers from the team Identify project delivering risks and issues Provide options and justifications for mitigations Encourage and empower the team to take ownership of the team s success Support and enable our continuous refinement of process structure and techniques to optimize testing infrastructure continuous delivery and progression to SaaS Create and collaborate on tools that allow us to analyze software development approaches using innovative data-driven decision-making Manage operations on-call team What You ll Bring Skills and Qualifications Degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field 5 years of experience leading a software development team 1 years of experience leading remote distributed teams and projects Excellent coaching and mentoring skills Led and helped to evolve a collaborative and productive software engineering team Technical acumen to deep dive into challenges and can lead technical discussions with technical team members and enable teams to solve problems Experience with cloud-based solutions Process and project management skills such as Agile scrum or Kanban etc Great candidates have Work experience with NET C and its idioms and design patterns Design and architecting software modules
