Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Level 2 Operations Support Specialist with expertise in Oracle AIA OSM UIM BRM Linux and WebLogic to join our support team The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support monitoring and maintenance for Oracles communications stack in a production environment You will act as a key player in troubleshooting incidents managing system operations and ensuring high availability of critical applications Responsibilities 3 years of experience in Level 2 operations support for Oracle Communications Suite products including AIA OSM UIM and BRM Strong experience with Linux system administration including process management system monitoring and basic networking Experience supporting Oracle WebLogic Server including deployments troubleshooting and performance tuning Knowledge of Oracle AIA Application Integration Architecture Oracle OSM Order and Service Management Oracle UIM Unified Inventory Management including basic integration troubleshooting and monitoring Oracle BRM Billing and Revenue Management ability to troubleshoot and product configuration issues Experience with shell scripting or other automation tools e g Python Bash for automating routine operational tasks Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Nagios Grafana or similar Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex systems to quickly pinpoint root causes Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams Requirements Oracle WebLogic Certified Administrator or other relevant certifications Knowledge of Oracle SOA Suite and BPEL processes Familiarity with Oracle Cloud or AWS for hosting Oracle applications Basic understanding of DevOps practices and tools e g Jenkins Docker Ansible Experience with Oracle Database for basic database queries and performance troubleshooting
