Looking for 2021-2023 passed out candidatesQualifications:-Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Ability to read and understand designs and schematicsRole And Responsibilities:-Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skillsDesigning, manufacturing, and installing components that fulfill requirements.Analyzing problems or deficiencies and developing solutions to resolve them.Demonstrates expanded conceptual knowledge in own discipline and broadens capabilities.Extend capability for the design of tools and fixtures, if any, to enable the handling, assembly /disassembly of components and sub-assemblies.Work with cross-functional teams for extended design roles for simulation requirements.Able to interpret simulation data and provide valuable solutions for further optimizations.Conducting experiments and evaluations to improve and innovate product designs.Writing technical documentation for machine operators.Good exposure to structural and thermal design considerationsEnsuring that products meet compliance regulations.Collaborating with project managers and other engineers in our team.Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize workDevelop, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of the productSuggest methods to improve operational efficiencyGood understanding of cable assemblies, ECAD/MCAD integrationsWork cross-functionally with different teams and organizationsHands-on experience in Designing electromechanical productsExperience in working with EV Battery chargers/EV Systems will be desirableGood exposure to UL/IEC and related standards. Experience on UL1741 will be an added advantageDesigning new components and products, sometimes as a sole contributor but often as part of a team of contributorsGood Exposure to DFX for high-volume productionReviewing and analyzing solutions to achieve the best outcome for performance/cost/scheduleTesting proofs-of-concept and prototypes for performanceFailure analysis and root cause identificationGood exposure to prototype techniques for Design development and verificationComponent review and approval, including global travel to be on-site at vendors during pre-productionGenerating own (and reviewing othersâÂÂ) documentation, including concept proposals, analysis reports, component specifications, review minutesEnsure quality by designGood Exposure to plastics, Sheetmetal, casting part design and manufacturing processExpertise in SolidWorks and EPDM.
