Job Title: AI Researcher Intern Location: Gurugram / Bangalore (On-site, Full-time) Team Size: 5–6 Interns Compensation: ₹5,000–₹50,000/month (depending on interview) + Performance Incentives Company Shepherds.Homes is a global real estate technology startup reimagining smart housing and seamless property management with the power of AI. Role As an AI Researcher Intern, you will be immersed in real-world problem-solving across multiple areas—AI systems design, data analysis, digital branding, operational automation, and hospitality technology. You will collaborate with a dynamic team to deploy models, build experiments, automate workflows, and drive brand-building, inspired by the best practices of WeWork, Silkhaus, Flow.life, and other leading startups. Key Responsibilities - Conduct data-backed research on customer psychology, pricing models, and competitive strategies for real estate and hospitality. - Collaborate with business and marketing teams to analyze market trends, customer feedback, and digital campaign results. - Assist in designing experiments and surveys to uncover behavioral drivers, booking preferences, and pricing sensitivity. - Use AI and analytics tools to recommend optimal pricing, promotions, and messaging approaches. - Synthesize complex data into actionable business insights and clear presentations for leadership. - Work on operational process reviews, identifying friction points and suggesting improvements based on behavioral data. - Support business growth projects—property onboarding, digital marketing, influencer partnerships—with a keen focus on customer journey and value creation. - Stay agile and resilient, adapting to rapid changes and learning new research techniques and marketing analytics tools. Ideal Candidate Profile - Interest and foundational knowledge in psychology, business strategy, marketing analytics, and data-driven pricing. - Experience or coursework in behavioral research, market analysis, or business decision-making (not just coding or AI dev). - Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to explain data-driven recommendations to non-technical teams. - Comfort with basic data tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI) and web-based AI/analytics platforms. - Creative, inquisitive, and business-minded thinker who seeks actionable insights. - Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Psychology, Business, Data Science, Economics, Marketing, or related fields. - Web Development and Design candidates will be preferred - Social Media Marketing experience Especially X.com and preferred What We Offer - Paid internship with monthly stipend and performance incentives. - Exposure to the intersections of business, psychology, and data-powered operations. - Direct mentorship from founders, business heads, and growth leaders. - Certificate, recommendation, and potential path to business analyst, growth marketer, or strategy roles.
