The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in artificial intelligence (AI) development and a passion for exploring new technologies. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project objectives, and design AI solutions that meet client needs.Explore and experiment with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and libraries to enhance our AI capabilities.Collect, clean, and preprocess data to build high-quality training datasets for machine learning models.Train, evaluate, and fine-tune machine learning models using appropriate techniques and methodologies.Deploy AI models into production environments and integrate them with existing systems and applications.Monitor model performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.Stay updated on the latest developments in AI research, tools, and techniques, and share knowledge with team members through presentations, workshops, and training sessions.Requirements 2 to 3 years of professional experience in AI development, machine learning, or data science.Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals, algorithms, and techniques.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.Experience with popular AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Version control systems (e.g., Git) and code branching strategies.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within tight deadlines.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and knowledge of cloud-based AI services is a plus.Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and individually.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a passion for software development.Adaptability and willingness to learn and apply new skills.Strong organization and time management skills.
