Genpact NYSE G is a global professional services and solutions firm delivering outcomes that shape the future Our 125 000 people across 30 countries are driven by our innate curiosity entrepreneurial agility and desire to create lasting value for clients Powered by our purpose - the relentless pursuit of a world that works better for people - we serve and transform leading enterprises including the Fortune Global 500 with our deep business and industry knowledge digital operations services and expertise in data technology and AI Inviting applications for the role of Consultant Exchange Azure and Collaboration Support Analyst In this role we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Identity Management Exchange and Collaboration Support Analyst to join our team In this role you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the organization s identity management system Exchange server and collaboration tools The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of identity management concepts Exchange server administration and collaboration tools along with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills ResponsibilitiesAdminister and support Microsoft Exchange server including mailbox management email routing and troubleshooting Monitor and troubleshoot the organization s collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams SharePoint and OneDrive to ensure optimal performance and availability Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements design and implement Exchange and collaboration solutions Azure Security Configure security measures including identity and access management encryption to protect Azure resources MS Azure Information Protection Good working knowledge on Azure administration Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for Exchange and collaboration-related issues Perform regular system maintenance including patch management upgrades and system configuration changes Develop and maintain documentation related to identity management Exchange and collaboration systems and processes Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to identity management Exchange and collaboration Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications SkillsBachelor s degree in computer science information technology or a related field experience in identity management Exchange server administration and collaboration support Solid understanding of identity management concepts including user provisioning access management and user lifecycle management Proficient in administering Microsoft Exchange server including mailbox management email routing and troubleshooting Experience with Microsoft collaboration tools such as Teams SharePoint and OneDrive Strong knowledge of Active Directory LDAP and SAML Familiarity with security best practices and compliance requirements such as GDPR and HIPAA Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified Identity and Access Administrator or Microsoft 365 Certified Messaging Administrator Associate are a plus Preferred Qualifications SkillsVery good written and presentation verbal communication skills with experience of customer interfacing role In-depth requirement understanding skills with good analytical and problem-solving ability interpersonal efficiency and positive attitude Good ITIL knowledgeFlexible to work for 24x7 process Excellent Communication and interpersonal SkillsAbility to prepare Dashboards and ReportsExperience of working independently as a team playerShould have a proactive work approach and ability to think out of the box Genpact is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race color religion or belief sex age national origin citizenship status marital status military veteran status genetic information sexual orientation gender identity physical or mental disability or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws Genpact is committed to creating a dynamic work environment that values diversity and inclusion respect and integrity customer focus and innovation Get to know us at and on and Furthermore please do note that Genpact does not charge fees to process job applications and applicants are not required to pay to participate in our hiring process in any other way Examples of such scams include purchasing a starter kit paying to apply or purchasing equipment or training Genpact
