Job Description Contact Mr Dharmendra Chaudhary WhatsApp 70605 29025 Location: Basna, Chhattisgarh Department: Medical / Administration Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a responsible and dedicated BAMS-qualified Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to oversee inpatient and outpatient clinical services and manage Ayushman Bharat & TPA-related operations. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of hospital workflows, clinical protocols, and health insurance documentation. Key Responsibilities Provide round-the-clock medical supervision to patients in wards and emergency units. Conduct patient assessments, prescribe treatment, and maintain clinical documentation. Coordinate with consultants and nursing staff for effective patient management. Manage Ayushman Bharat (PMJAY) and TPA (Third Party Administrator) processes including: Pre-authorization requests, discharge summaries, and claim documentation. Verification and submission of patient records to insurance portals. Coordination with the TPA desk and government panels for approvals. Ensure timely discharge, billing accuracy, and claim settlements. Maintain compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and government health schemes. Support management in healthcare reporting, audits, and data analysis. Qualifications & Experience BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) from a recognized institution. Valid registration with the State or Central Council of Indian Medicine. Minimum 13 years of experience as RMO in a hospital setting. Prior exposure to Ayushman Bharat / TPA documentation will be an added advantage. Skills Required Sound knowledge of clinical assessment and emergency management. Familiarity with hospital software and TPA claim processes. Strong communication and coordination skills. Detail-oriented and capable of handling administrative as well as clinical responsibilities.
