Required Skills 5 years of experience in Essbase OAC development o Oracle Essbase Hyperion Planning Smart View o Oracle Analytics Cloud OBIEE Any reporting tool experience o Experience working with Anaplan Tagetik o SQL and relational database concepts o Financial data modeling and multidimensional database design o ETL tools e g Oracle Data Integrator Informatica understanding o Scripting languages e g MaxL MDX Groovy Python is a plus o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Key Responsibilities o Develop and maintain Oracle Essbase applications BSO ASO cubes for financial reporting and analytics o Build interactive dashboards and reports in OAC using Oracle Analytics tools o Collaborate with finance teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions o Design and implement ETL processes to integrate data from various financial systems o Optimize Essbase performance through tuning scripting and cube restructuring o Create and maintain calculation scripts member formulas and business rules o Support month-end quarter-end and year-end financial close processes o Ensure data integrity and consistency across financial systems o Document technical specifications and provide user training support o Deep understanding of FP A budgeting forecasting and variance analysis o Familiarity with financial statements P L balance sheet cash flow o Ability to interpret financial metrics and KPIs for executive reporting o Strong communication and stakeholder management o Analytical mindset proactive problem-solving and adaptability o Ability to work cross-functionally with finance and IT teams
