JOB DESCRIPTION:

EsyCommerce is seeking an experienced and highly skilled D365 Developer to join our team. This role involves contributing to a high-impact marketing automation initiative, leveraging deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly the Real-Time Marketing (Customer Insights Journeys) module, along with strong.NET development capabilities. The ideal candidate will also have experience in data integration, ETL tools, and collaboration across marketing, IT, and business teams to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions. The candidate should have 67 years of relevant experience and a proven ability to design, develop, and optimize enterprise-level marketing applications and integrations.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions within Dynamics 365 Real-Time Marketing.
- Customize and extend D365 functionalities using .NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS. Translate business requirements into effective real-time marketing campaigns. Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify enhancement opportunities, resolve bugs, and address implementation risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and IT to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Implement customizations and integrations within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
- Stay agile and adaptable in response to changing marketing landscapes, customer behavior, and emerging technologies.
- Continuously optimize marketing strategies based on data insights and feedback to maximize engagement and conversions.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

- Languages & Frameworks: C#, .NET Framework, JavaScript, HTML/CSS
- D365 Development: Real-Time Marketing module, plugins, workflows, custom connectors
- Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps integration
- Database Management: SQL Server, D365 data models for reporting and analysis
- ETL Tools: Familiarity with KingswaySoft SSIS (preferred)
- Testing & Troubleshooting: Unit testing, performance tuning, issue resolution

REQUIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 67 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing and .NET development.
- D365 Marketing module Real-Time Marketing
- Familiarity with plugins, workflows, custom connectors, and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Strong SQL Server knowledge and understanding of D365 data models for integration, reporting, and analysis.
- Unit testing, performance tuning, and troubleshooting within applications, plugins, or workflows.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Proven track record of delivering scalable marketing solutions.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and technologies.
