We are expanding our dynamic team and seeking an energetic Business Manager to drive operations, growth, and excellence across our brand network. Position Overview The Business Manager will oversee daily operations, lead teams, and ensure the brand’s strategic and financial objectives are achieved. The role calls for a dynamic leader with strong business acumen, operational excellence, and the ability to motivate cross-functional teams. Frequent travel will be involved to manage multi-outlet operations and ensure alignment across departments. Key Responsibilities - Lead, train, and manage retail and operations teams to ensure peak performance. - Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales growth and profitability targets. - Monitor outlet operations to maintain brand standards and customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with marketing, production, and design teams for coordinated execution. - Analyze business performance using data insights to support decision-making. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement. - Foster a culture of learning, accountability, and performance excellence. - Prepare and present reports on business performance, sales analysis, and budgets. Required Skills & Attributes - Excellent management and leadership abilities. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Advanced analytical and planning capabilities. - Willingness to learn and adapt to new business tools and practices. - Strong teamwork and problem-solving approach. - Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively. Required Software Skills - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). - Strong working knowledge of Canva for presentations and visual designs. - Advanced-level Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and business tracking. Education & Experience - Graduate or Postgraduate from NIFT preferred (B.Des, Fashion Communication, or Master’s in related fields). Job Type & Travel - Full-time, On-site (Dehradun) - Travel: Required for operations and inter-departmental coordination
