JOB DESCRIPTION Position Overview Position Title Relationship Manager - NPS Department Direct Distribution - NPS Level Band 204 Role Summary Organizational Relationships Reports to Sale Manager Supervises None Job Dimensions Geographic Area Covered As per mapped branch city Stakeholder Internal NPS Sales Force External Consumers Key Result Areas Sales Achieve the set business targets on ANP and case count o Acquire New Customer through following NPS Leads Natural market References Orphan base o Fix meetings with the prospects to explain annuity products o Implement and adhere to Need Based Selling Model o Coordinate with Nodal officer for closure of policy o Ensuring timely issuance of policies by resolving pending etc o Render prompt post sales service to all allocated customers with respect to all domains o Adhere to the customer touch-point engagement in order to service his portfolio of customers o Maintaining the desired persistency ratio o Strategize and interact closely with the supervisor on delivering on Business nos o Work collectively with the supervisor and conduct joint sales calls whenever required o To develop and implement short term and long term plans to achieve sales targets Customer orientation reporting MIS Adhere to Activity management framework advised o Follow - up on their database leads provided by Lead Management System Orphan New Prospects o Update the LMS Lead management System on a daily basis o Adhering to the Training Road map o Providing timely reports to the Supervisor Area manager as per the requirement o Ensuring compliance to internal sales process o Should be process product champion to ensure adherence to TALIC policies and procedures o Participate in risk mitigation plans contingency planning business continuity programs by executing and reporting within defined timelines Highlight and recommend process gaps flaws and process changes Skills Required Technical Good Knowledge of MS Office Behavioral Essential Interpersonal skills o Communication skills o Creative thinking skills o Supervising Leadership skills o Teamwork Skills o Influencing skills o Relationship Building skills o Decision making skills o Expertise in the usage of MS Office o High levels of flexibility adaptability to manage long hours working under strict timelines to reach deadlines Incumbent Characteristics Essential Qualification Graduate Experience 1 - 2 Yrs Desired Qualification MBA Experience 1 - 2 Yrs About Company Tata AIA Life Insurance Company Limited Tata AIA Life is a joint venture company formed by Tata Sons Pvt Ltd and AIA Group Ltd AIA Tata AIA Life combines Tata s pre-eminent leadership position in India and AIA s presence as the largest independent listed pan-Asian life insurance group in the world spanning 18 markets in the Asia Pacific region Tata AIA Life has written retail new business weighted premium of Rs 2 692 crore for the financial year 2019-20 For the same period the 13th month persistency of the company was at 89 10 and the individual death claims settlement ratio was 99 06 One of the fastest growing companies in the Life Insurance sector Tata AIA Life is now ranked at no 5 based on individual weighted new business premium
