Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements through user research, market trends, and stakeholder input.
- Translate product requirements into clear specifications, wireframes, and user stories.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality features on time.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other agile ceremonies.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, KPIs, and user feedback to iterate and improve continuously.
- Coordinate product launches, working with marketing, Operations, and support teams.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring a seamless and impactful user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a tech or digital-first environment.
- Proven track record of delivering successful digital products or platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with tools like Mixpanel, GA, and AppsFlyer
- Proficiency in tools such as ASANA
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in sectors such as e-commerce or QSR.
- Background in UX, data analytics, or engineering is a plus.
- MBA or equivalent experience in product strategy and leadership.
