Job title: Project Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist in developing detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Help document technical specifications, project requirements, and objectives.
- Support the coordination and integration of technical activities in projects.
- Provide technical input and assistance to project teams.
- Facilitate communication among team, engineers, manufacturing and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, technical feasibility studies, and meeting minutes.
- Assist in identifying and resolving technical issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and provide solutions to technical problems.
- Manage relationships with suppliers & vendors to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct regular evaluations to ensure deliverables meet technical requirements and stakeholder expectations.
- Assist in identifying potential project risks and developing mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field), Project Management, or a related discipline.
- 2-4 years of experience in technical project coordination or a related role.
- Strong technical knowledge in relevant engineering fields.
- Good project management skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with project management and technical tools

Desired Skills:

- Project Management Foundation or equivalent is plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative team player.
- PLM- Windchill, Change Management experience
- Medical Industry exp - Nice to have

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
