Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area sales Manager in Hyderabad. The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple societies, ensuring smooth functioning of NoBrokerHood&aposs services, and managing on-site teams. Key tasks include coordinating with society management, resolving resident queries, conducting regular site visits, implementing operational strategies, and achieving service quality targets. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Operational Management skills, including overseeing daily operations, team management, and site visits
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with society management and residents
- Problem-solving abilities to address resident queries and operational challenges
- Experience in implementing operational strategies and achieving service quality targets
- Proficiency in using community management software and tools
- Experience in the property management or real estate industry is a plus
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Management, Operations, or related field
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad
