The team consists of talented project managers, software developers, and testers focused on quality and timely delivery, empowering businesses through digital transformation and simplified business processes. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesforce QA Engineer located in Indore. The Salesforce QA Engineer will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, creating detailed test cases, and performing manual and automated testing for Salesforce applications. The role includes identifying, logging, and tracking defects, collaborating closely with developers, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The engineer will also assist in UAT and provide support in the deployment process. Qualifications - Proficient in Salesforce CRM and other CRM systems - Experienced in manual and automated testing using tools such as Protractor, Cypress, Selenium, JMeter, Appium, postman - Skilled in cross-browser testing and utilizing tools like Browser Stack - Strong SQL knowledge for database testing - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills - Good written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work collaboratively within a team - Background in cloud services like AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - 2-3 years of relevant experience in Salesforce QA testing
