Job Description

As aPricing & Analytics resource, your responsibilities will includeproviding financial insightsandprojections to various stakeholders,preparing pricingfornew business opportunitiesYouwill provide reliable data and analysis to be used in decision-making and planning

You willprepare accurate monthly financial reports, assist in the preparation of presentationsthatprovide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions that need to be made

Required Education and Work experience / Skills:

- Bachelors degree with MBA / CA and experience in finance or a related area Preferably CA
- Experience: Total of 4 to 7 YearsRelevant 3+ Years of experience in Ops finance, Pricing / Rate negotiation & Analytics
- Hands-on experience inBPO Pricing & developing financial analysis
- A very goodunderstanding of finance and how P&L works, and cost goes to P&L
- Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
- General knowledge of financial/operational principles
- Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
- Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture
- Demonstrated ability to influence others through effective verbal and written communication
- Demonstrated ability to drive projects across an organization

Work Location:Bangalore / Hybrid (Candidate must be in Bangalore)

Responsibilities

- ProvideAnalytics support / financial insights andprojectionsto the operation teams related to productivity, forecast planning, reporting, and other cost metrics
- Prepare pricing for new business opportunities & negotiate the rates
- ReviewMSAs and SOWs for new and existing clients
- Working closely withCXO resources on regular basis
- You willprovide reliable data and analysisto be used in decision-making and planning
- You will prepare accuratemonthly financial reports,
- Assist in the preparation of presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions that need to be made
- Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions
- Work on corporate projects and initiatives that impact the entire organization
- Assist in creating presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made
- Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement
- ReviewMSAs and SOWs for new and existing clients
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization
