The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance and customer support, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for clients. Key Responsibilities - Provide timely and professional technical support to end-users and clients. - Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software and hardware issues effectively. - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems. - Maintain accurate documentation of issues and solutions in the system. - Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining strong client relationships. - Communicate clearly and confidently in both written and verbal formats. Requirements - Experience: 1–3 years in software support, IT help desk, or a similar technical role. - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred). - Languages: Must be fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English. - Skills: - Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Customer-first approach with a positive attitude. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Work Schedule - Timings: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST (equivalent to 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST) — rotational shifts. - Work Type: On-site (Ahmedabad, Gujarat). Compensation 💰 Salary package — To be confirmed.
