We're seeking a Lead Product Designer who can elevate our product experiences through vision, craft, and influence. You've spent 7+ yearsdesigning SaaS products, and you're now ready to shape not just great interfacesbut great design culture. As a design leader, you'll mentor other designers, partner deeply with PMs and engineers, and play a central role in defining our design direction. You'll connect high-level strategy to detailed execution and use both qualitative and quantitative insights to make confident design decisions. Experience with AI-powered design tooling is mandatory. What We're Looking For - 7+ years of relevant design experience, with 2+ years in a leadership or mentorship capacity - Proven record of delivering elegant, data-informed experiences across the full design lifecycleresearch, IA, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and testing - Deep fluency in design systems, accessibility, and scalable design patterns - Strong visual and interaction design craftyou care about hierarchy, layout, motion, and usability as much as strategy - Experience designing for AI-driven or intelligent interfaces, including collaboration with ML and data teams - Track record of influencing design direction at a system or platform level, not just at feature level - Natural mentorcomfortable coaching Senior and Junior designers while promoting shared standards of excellence - Strong facilitation skills: workshops, design critiques, and decision frameworks - A portfolio that demonstrates systematic thinking and measurable product impact - Excellent communicationable to simplify complex ideas for different audiences and advocate for design-led solutions - Familiarity with front-end implementation constraints; ability to work closely with engineers to ship quality - Committed to inclusive, accessible, and scalable design - Passionate about improving team operationsprocesses, tools, and documentation In This Role, You Will - Lead design strategy and execution for one or more product pillars - Drive design quality reviews and own standards for usability, accessibility, and design consistency Mentor and grow the design team; provide thoughtful feedback and career guidance Partner with PMs and Engineering to translate business goals into design roadmaps - Influence the product vision through storytelling, data synthesis, and user empathy - Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring cohesive experiences across surfaces and devices - Define metrics for design quality and impact (usability scores, accessibility compliance, NPS, etc.) - Create alignment between design and cross-functional teams through documentation, office hours, and design critiques - Stay current on design trends, emerging tools, and industry best practicesbringing back actionable insights to the team Must-Have Qualities - Comfortable moving between strategy and hands-on design Skilled at balancing speed, detail, and scalability in design execution - Strong storytelling and presentation skillscan persuade through clarity and evidence - Deep curiosity about users, data, and design systems - Empathy-driven leader who helps others grow and succeed - Advocate for accessibility, inclusion, and ethical design - Positive energyable to energize teams and maintain momentum in ambiguity Equal Employment Opportunity Information The company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
