Role Purpose

Responsible for managing team of underwriting decisioning analysts, managing the underwriting process, processing applications annually.

Role Accountability

- Manage inventory for PAN India applications moving to underwriting queue, ensuring underwriting process accuracy and TAT to maintain portfolio quality and standard customer experience
- Maintain requisite levels of quality scores for the team
- Ensure resolution of all queries pertaining to deduplication/underwriting from stakeholders
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation and publishing of daily/weekly dashboards
- Identify simplification opportunities and drive projects to make existing processes simple and efficient
- Monitor system changes made for underwriting process , conduct UAT before launch of new products or any changes in system rules
- Ensure closure of Sub Processes emanating from underwriting process like Upsell/Downsell/FCU Clarifications by coordinating with the concerned team
- Ensure timely implementation of projects aiming towards process improvements, productivity enhancement, and better quality
- Monitor VIC & reviewing processes to enhance productivity/ save man-hours and eliminate NVA's
- Ensure process documentation and compliance adherence

- TAT adherence for sub-processes
- No adverse observations in internal/external audits
- Process adherence as per MOU
