Mechanical AutoCAD Draughtsman - Pharma Machinery Location Palghar Palghar Job Type Full-Time Industry Pharmaceutical Machinery Mechanical Design Experience 2-5 years preferred Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical AutoCAD Draughtsman with hands-on experience in preparing detailed engineering drawings for pharmaceutical machinery The ideal candidate should be proficient in mechanical drafting well-versed with GMP standards and capable of translating design concepts into precise technical drawings for fabrication and assembly Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed 2D mechanical drawings for pharma machinery components and assemblies using AutoCAD Understand and interpret engineering concepts sketches and verbal instructions to develop precise mechanical layouts Create GA General Arrangement fabrication and part drawings based on design specifications Modify and revise existing drawings based on engineering feedback and production requirements Ensure drawings comply with GMP industry standards and client requirements Maintain drawing records and documentation systematically Coordinate with the design production and quality teams to ensure accurate execution of projects Perform basic engineering calculations and bill of materials BOM generation Requirements ITI Diploma in Mechanical Drafting Mechanical Engineering or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical drafting preferably in the pharma machinery or process equipment sector Proficient in AutoCAD 2D knowledge of SolidWorks or other 3D CAD tools is a plus Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and machined parts Understanding of GMP cleanroom design guidelines and pharma industry standards Ability to interpret and prepare technical drawings with precision and accuracy Good communication and teamwork skills Preferred Skills Familiarity with ASME ISO standards for mechanical drawings Exposure to equipment like reactors mixers blenders isolators or filling machines Experience with documentation for validation IQ OQ is an added advantage Compensation Benefits Competitive salary as per industry standards Yearly performance bonus Provident Fund ESIC Medical benefits Opportunity to work in a growing pharma machinery manufacturing environment Job Type Full-time Pay 10 597 69 - 36 393 39 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
