Job Summary The Front Office Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients visitors and staff This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment managing front desk operations and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner Answer screen and direct incoming phone calls Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable Receive sort and distribute daily mail deliveries and couriers Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry filing and document preparation Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary Enforce security procedures by monitoring visitor access and issuing visitor badges Coordinate with internal departments for smooth front office operations Support HR or Admin departments with event coordination or internal communications Requirements Proven experience as a receptionist front desk representative or similar role Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel Outlook Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional attitude and appearance Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially High school diploma additional qualifications in office administration are a plus Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Work Location In person
